“It has been said, ‘Anyone who divorces his wife must give her a certificate of divorce.’
又有話說，人若休妻，就當給她休書。 (Matthew 5:31)
But I tell you that anyone who divorces his wife, except for sexual immorality, makes her the victim of adultery, and anyone who marries a divorced woman commits adultery.
只是我告訴你們，凡休妻的，若不是為淫亂的緣故，就是叫她作淫婦了。人若娶這被休的婦人，也是犯奸淫了。 (Matthew 5:32)
“Again, you have heard that it was said to the people long ago, ‘Do not break your oath, but fulfill to the Lord the vows you have made.’
你們又聽見有吩咐古人的話，說，不可背誓，所起的誓，總要向主謹守。 (Matthew 5:33)
But I tell you, do not swear an oath at all: either by heaven, for it is God’s throne;
只是我告訴你們，什麼誓都不可起，不可指著天起誓，因為天是神的座位。 (Matthew 5:34)
or by the earth, for it is his footstool; or by Jerusalem, for it is the city of the Great King.
不可指著地起誓，因為地是他的腳凳。也不可指著耶路撒冷起誓，因為耶路撒冷是大君的京城。 (Matthew 5:35)
And do not swear by your head, for you cannot make even one hair white or black.
又不可指著你的頭起誓，因為你不能使一根頭髮變黑變白了。 (Matthew 5:36)
All you need to say is simply ‘Yes’ or ‘No’; anything beyond this comes from the evil one.
你們的話，是，就說是，不是，就說不是。若再多說，就是出於那惡者。（或作是從惡裡出來的） (Matthew 5:37)
